Credits for failed generations

A confirmed failed generation returns the exact credits deducted: 10 at 480P, 20 at 720P or 40 at 1080P. Returned credits go back to the original credit balance. An interrupted or pending submission must be checked before retrying to avoid duplicate jobs.

Credit returns and payment refunds

A failed-job credit return restores your site balance; it is not a refund to your payment card. For a payment-refund request, contact Support with your receipt reference and a description of the issue. Do not submit another payment to resolve an existing billing problem.

Billing questions

If you believe a charge is connected with this website, open Support with the transaction date and receipt reference. Do not include full card numbers or account passwords.
